Administrative Officer & Arabic Translator 1. Daily Operations & Office Administration: Responsible for the daily administrative operations of the overseas office, including office environment maintenance, procurement and management of equipment (computers, printers, etc.), and purchasing and inventory management of office supplies. 2. Document and Archive Management: Draft, organize, archive, and circulate documents. Manage important local administrative records, contracts, and other official documents. 3. Logistics and General Affairs Support: Coordinate employee logistics such as accommodation, transportation, communications, and other support services. 4. Basic Financial Handling: Manage daily office expense reimbursements, petty cash, and record all financial transactions. 5. Legal and Compliance Support: Assist with matters involving local government authorities; ensure office operations comply with local laws and regulations (e.g., labor law, lease regulations). Support company registration, annual inspections, amendments, and other statutory procedures. 6. Support for Expatriate Employees: Provide administrative assistance to staff assigned from headquarters, helping them process residence permits, work permits, bank account openings, and other related matters. 7. Serve as an Arabic Translator: Provide Arabic translation and interpretation support as required. 1. Language Proficiency: Fluent in Arabic with clear pronunciation and strong writing/translation skills. Able to use English for daily work communication, emails, documentation, and translation tasks. 2. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Administration, Business Management, Languages, or other relevant fields (especially related to the host-country language). 3. Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of administrative or office management experience in the Middle East. 4. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication abilities and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with colleagues and government officials from diverse cultural backgrounds. 5. Initiative and Problem-Solving: Must be highly proactive and capable of independently handling unexpected situations and complex issues while working away from headquarters. 6. Strong Sense of Responsibility: Representing the company overseas requires a high level of responsibility and professionalism in managing work and safeguarding company assets. 7. Service Mindset and Patience: Administrative work is service-oriented; a strong service mindset and patience are essential. 8. Confidentiality Awareness: Will access sensitive information related to the company, employees, and business operations; strict adherence to confidentiality is mandatory. 9. Stress Tolerance and Flexibility: Able to work under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing overseas environments. 10. Overseas Sales Engineer / Sales Manager 1.Responsible for expanding the overseas market in interior prefabrication, architectural finishing, and building materials, including project opportunity tracking, customer development, project execution, business negotiations, and contract signing. 2.Possess strong market development capabilities and a rich customer network; able to work independently, including visiting clients (Chinese-funded and foreign-funded), conducting follow-ups, and securing orders across multiple countries. 3.Have market development experience in the international engineering sector and be familiar with Chinese-funded institutions abroad as well as local government and business resources. 4. Proficient in Arabic or English, and able to travel frequently overseas. 5. Responsible for the full lifecycle of orders, including signing, execution, delivery, and payment collection. 6. Demonstrate strong initiative and motivation in market expansion. 7. Detail-oriented, patient, quick to learn, and able to work well under pressure. 8. Achieve performance targets according to the department’s annual plan. 1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, International Trade, Languages, or related fields; age 25–40. Proficient in English (written and spoken); basic Arabic communication skills are a plus. 2. Familiar with international engineering and trade business processes, and knowledgeable about markets in the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, Russia, and other Belt and Road countries. 3. At least 2 years of relevant work experience; candidates with overseas experience or strong client resources in Chinese-funded infrastructure enterprises are preferred. Candidates with strong language skills, learning ability, and sales ability—especially those with large-account experience—are prioritized. 4.Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and coordination skills, and willingness to take on challenges and risks. Strong understanding of marketing, with good market judgment, customer development capability, and solid organizational and management skills. 5.Excellent overall professional qualities, adept at public relations and communication, skilled in negotiation, and capable of responding effectively in dynamic situations. Overseas Sales Director 1. Responsible for overseas market development; break down the annual sales targets according to the company’s business objectives, organize the preparation of annual sales plans for the department, and implement internal profit targets and allocation plans to ensure the achievement of the company’s international trade goals. 2.Establish and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, develop new markets, and enhance the company’s brand recognition and competitiveness in the global market. 3.Lead international business negotiations, handle customer inquiries and quotations, and oversee contract signing and execution; effectively manage trade risks to ensure transaction security. 4.Coordinate internal resources—such as production and logistics—to optimize foreign trade processes and improve overall operational efficiency. 5.Monitor international market trends and policy changes, and adjust business strategies promptly to adapt to external environment shifts. 1. Basic Requirements Work Experience: Minimum of 6 years of marketing experience related to the construction industry. Regional Experience: At least 5 years of working experience in Saudi Arabia, with solid understanding of local business practices and cultural norms. Language Skills: Proficient in English (both written and spoken); basic Arabic communication skills are a plus. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Construction Engineering Management are preferred. 2. Professional Background & Skills Proven track record in marketing modular or steel-structure construction products and solutions. Directly led or played a key role in securing at least three projects with an individual contract value of RMB 80 million (approx. SAR 40 million) or above. Skilled in developing localized marketing strategies for government and enterprise clients in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. Familiar with Saudi Arabia’s tendering procedures, procurement systems, and key stakeholders in the construction and real estate sectors. Candidates with experience working with major developers, EPC contractors, or design consultancies in the Gulf region will be given priority. 3. Core Competencies Strong execution capability and results-oriented mindset, with excellent cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills.
