On January 10th, the “Sparkle, Cooperation, Future” 2020 halumm New Year Annual Meeting was held in Yuhang Renaissance Hotel.

The Annual Meeting covers the 2019 awards ceremony, speeches by the chairman and president of the company, recognition of outstanding employees, tribute to customers/partners, and performance.

Looking forward to the future, 2020 has arrived,

at the beginning of the third decade of the 21st century,

President RossLee took the stage first to deliver her annual speech. She said that looking back on 2019, it has been a fruitful year to halumm, that our technology research and development, awards and market returns all been fruitful. This year, the market structure was improved, customer acquisition was greatly increased, orders increased rapidly, and sales doubled. This excellent result is mainly reflected in the following points:

 

The first is benchmarking: halumm has established a large customer base. Alibaba, Huawei, Geely and other big brands have become halumm partners, and halumm has proposed prefabricated interior solutions for major customers and has won praise.

 

The second is the layout of foreign trade: The order volume increased by 70% year-on-year in 2018, and the halumm brand has a certain market share in the Middle East, Europe, America, and Africa.

 

 

The third is creating win-win cooperation: The development of terminal service operators in halumm has achieved initial results, we have established 10 terminal service operators with experience and strength in important domestic cities, this laid the foundation for brand coverage across the country. We expecting to Dig deep into the national market, and expand more than 30 operators, so that more customers can experience the beautiful environment of the prefabricated buildings and interiors of halumm.

 

The fourth is the establishment of the halumm general contractor team: The team has undertook existing hospital model project, and will support halumm to take the office field, existing hospital and new hospital projects as the spring-board to undertake more high-quality projects, and to embody the strength of halumm prefabricated interior decoration. We will continue to improve the technical system and service quality through the undertaking of projects, and lay a solid foundation for the output of terminal service providers across the country.

 

There are opportunities and challenges all the times, and thus halumm should promote management level, continue firming foundation, enhance service awareness, and oriented by the sense of customer experience, at the same time do a good job of internal profit center accounting system, to become a company with brand value, core competitiveness and creativity and to repay all walks of life, the government and friends who support halumm.

He said that 2019 is an important year for halumm. With one word, it is "busy." From the research and development results, the performance of various departments, and the activity of the brand, halumm has all verified the value of "busy" this year. The new year is coming, and in 2020, halumm will operate the brand in a "busier" state to serve the public.

 

In addition, he proposed that halumm will use four aspects as the direction of its efforts,

1. Enhance service awareness, release production capacity, and build an integrated structure with a scale of 1 billion.

2. Starting from the product, based on prefabricated partitions, develop prefabricated interior decoration and layout prefabricated buildings.

3. Strengthen and improve the research and development product system, production system, supply chain system and management system of halumm.

4. halumm will focus on the final market, and cooperate with the Prefab Industry chain to lay out the market, resulting in a win-win situation.
